Privacy practices for VeritableData.com.
Effective May 24, 2026. Veritable Data Solutions, Inc. collects only the information you submit through the site's contact channels and uses it solely to respond to your inquiry.
What we collect
The information you submit, and nothing more.
VeritableData.com is a static informational website. It does not run analytics, set tracking cookies, embed advertising pixels, or load third-party social-media trackers. The only personal information Veritable Data Solutions, Inc. ("the Company") receives through this site is what you voluntarily submit to the contact form or send to the published email address — typically your name, organization, email, phone number if you provide one, and the contents of your message.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which is a third-party service that may receive your IP address and basic browser information as part of serving the font files. Google's handling of that information is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
How we use it

Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, to continue the resulting conversation. The Company does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share submitted information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with the Company's outside counsel, accountants, and similar professional advisors where the substance of an inquiry calls for it, and may be disclosed if required by law or valid legal process.
Storage and retention

Submitted information is stored in the Company's email and document management systems and is retained for as long as is reasonably useful for responding to and following up on the inquiry, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by writing to the contact address below.
